Telangana Finance Minister Etela Rajender on Monday, presented budget for the financial year 2016-17. Budget proposes an expenditure of 1,30,415 Crore rupees, an increase of more than 13 percent over the previous year.
Rajendar successfully presented budget second time in a row, he said that, expenditure includes a planned on of Rs.67,630 crore and unplanned one of Rs.62,785 crore.
It is one step growing forward in achieving our Golden Telangana said the minister. The budget estimates for 2016-17 indicate a revenue surplus of Rs. 3,718 crore and a fiscal deficit of Rs. 23,467 crores.
