Reluctant villages put on Green Belt?

Andhra Pradesh government had released the draft Master Plan of Amaravati couple of days ago. According to the Master Plan, Undavalli and Penumaka have been marked as reserve and protected zones.

This is the first step to making these villages as Green Belt areas where no industries will not be allowed going further. This may be the final move of the government to rein the reluctant farmers, if not these villages will be declared as Green Belt.

Once they are in green belt, these lands can not be used for commercial purpose and automatically the land rate will fall down drastically. Also experts say these lands will not be as fertile as earlier once the capital develops. Once a region is made to green belt, there are no instances in the history of India, that the decision is over turned. Lets what happens here!
