IT officials seized Rs. 170 Crores and 130 Kgs of Gold in Shekar Reddy's Home

The Income Tax department officials of Chennai in their four days raids at various houses of former TTD member Sekar Reddy in Chennai and Vellore saw the recovery of Rs. 170 Crores and 130 Kgs of Gold from his possession . His wife is also questioned in this regard. IT officials have handed over the case to CBI for detailed invesstigation. Shekar Reddy is a man known to be close to politicians and bureaucrats in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Tamil Nadu.
