A black cobra somehow found its shelter atop the statue of Lord Vishnu in a fully submerged temple in Chennai city. It happens to be the pond in the premises of Perumal temple in Mamallapuram area. The presence of 7 feet long black cobra is as exciting, pity and dangerous as it could be.
While roads and buildings in all low level areas are submerged and logged with water to neck-deep level, presence of reptiles in those waters is a reason to worry.
