Relatives perform Jayalalithaa's last rites again, in Hindu style

There is a huge controvery over Jayalalithaa's last rites in Tamil Nadu and it is still continuing in this state. Meanwhile, Jayalalithaa's blood relatives have performed her last rites again in Hindu style and her brother Varadarujulu Iyengar, who resides in Srirangpatnam in Karnataka has performed these last rites in the traditional way of Iyengars. The relatives claimed that they performed last rites again to Jayalalithaa to rest her soul in peace, as her official last rites were conducted by burying her instaed of crimation.
