It's well-known fact that actor-politician Nandamuri Balakrishna is angry man and won't spare any corrupt practices. Balayya has recently lost cool when few illegal activities happening in his Hindupur constituency were brought to his notice. Knowing of these activities, Balayya apparently kept track on the land grabbers, illegal settlements through his personal secretary.
In Balayya's inquiry he learnt that several members, including own party leaders, are indulging in such activities and part of such malpractices. Came to know about this honest Balayya became very serious and asked higher officials, bureaucrats to not to encourage any such people and even gave full freedom to act freely against those who resolve to such practices. Balayya apparently told officials to act against them and book them as per law.
So, it's not just in cinema. Balayya do take such actions in real life. That's Balayya for you folks!
