Amaravati Will Create History

The inaugural ceremony of Andhra Pradesh capital city Amaravati took place this morning with the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi unveiling the inaugural plaque and performing the prayers and rituals. Speaking on the occasion, AP CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu firstly extended his Vijaya Dasami wishes to all the Telugus all around the world.

Babu said that Amaravati has scripted history today. Babu said that he bows down at the feet of farmers who gave away nearly 30,000 acres of their lands for capital construction and lauded their selfless spirit towards the development of their homeland. Babu also said that  the sacred soil and water collected from the birthplaces of several iconic Indians have magnified the importance of Amaravati.

Babu thanked the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his support for Amaravati and sought further help from the centre in developing income generating cities in the state, just like the developed cities in the neighboring states. Babu also expressed his gratitude for the Singapore and Japanese governments for their prompt response towards building and developing the capital city.

Talking about the AP and Telangana issues, Babu expressed his hope saying that his leadership along with KCR's will solve all the problems between the Telugu stars and even sought the Prime Minister's help in overcoming the obstacles caused by the state bifurcation.
