It is well known that YSRCP chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy was imprisoned in the disproportionate assets case which was worth nearly 1 lakh crores, as often alleged by the TDP leaders. However, in a desperate bid to irk the TDP leader Chandrababu and his close aides, Jagan today alleged that Babu & Co. resorted to more than Rs. 1.30 lakh crore corruption.
Terming Chandrababu as the 'Emperor of Corruption', Jagan said that Chandrababu is murdering the democracy in the state. Calling Chandrababu's Operation Akarsh as a move to oppress people's voice against Babu's corruption, Jagan said that Babu trapped his MLAs by assuring then minister posts.
Here are some of the important allegations made by YS Jagan on his arch rival and AP CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu in his Emperor of Corruption book:
* Babu did 31 scams in his 2-year rule. The scale of his corruption can be mounted to Rs. 1.34 lakh crores. A CBI enquiry will bring out the truth in Babu's scams.
* Babu hinted about Amaravati as the state's capital to Lokesh and several TDP leaders well in advance. All the TDP leaders purchased hundreds of acres of lands valued at several thousands of crores.
* Babu is buying our MLAs for Rs. 20-30 crores each. Where and how does Babu get such a huge amount of money?
* AP people are reeling under Chandrababu's injudicious and deceit-filled governance. There has been a growing intolerance against Babu's government throughout AP.
