YSR Congress MLA Roja who got suspended from Andhra Pradesh Assembly for one year is trying in all possible ways to get the suspension revoked through courts. However Hyderabad High Court disappointed her yet again. Previously division bench refused to hear arguments on the case and posted the next hearing to March 8th.
Roja who wants to enter Assembly on the day one of budget session at any cost, today reached out to single bench of High court to get the suspension revoked. The Single bench accepted the petition but again posted the hearing to 8th of this month. Now Roja is planning to go to appeal for the division bench yet again.
It is known that Roja is caught on video using some very personal comments on Anitha and disgraceful name calling of the Chief Minister. Finally was awarded one year suspension. The all party committee appointed by the speaker to look in to the issue, also seconded the punishment awarded to Roja.
