In a strident attack, TDP Telangana unit's President A Revanth Reddy has offered Rs 25 crore to Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao's farm land at his farmhouse in Erravelli in Medak district.
KCR owns nearly 70 acres of land in his native district, where he adopted new technology in cultivation of the land. He also established poly houses growing vegetables, exotic fruits and flowers.
Revanth said, "will KCR sell his land at Rs 25 crore and give the land to people? The CM must have known the value of agriculture land. Why is the government forcefully acquiring fertile land from farmers for Mallanna Sagar project in his own district? The farming community will lose their livelihood if their lands are occupied."
The TDP leader also said he would stage a dharna in Mallanna Sagar in support of the farmers soon.
