China's Surprise Gift to Telangana

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao's dream to install India's largest Hanuman idol will get realized soon. Noted sculptors in China have come forward to create the monolithic giant idol.

On the request of KCR, China agreed to sculpture the idol and shift to Telangana in a year. The idol will be installed in the temple town of Yadadri formerly known as Yadagirigutta. A team of officials led by noted architect Anand sai will leave China soon to submit the designs to the sculptures.

KCR has prepared a master plan to promote Yadadri as one of the prominent pilgrimage centre on the lines of Tirumala in Andhra Pradesh. He strongly believed the giant Hanuman Idol will help to attract more number of pilgrims to the emerging temple town in the country.

The blueprint to give a face-lift to Yadadri was also approved in which big cottages for all sections of people and huge shopping malls will come up in the precincts of the temple.
