'Dress Colour' Mystery shakes Internet

A picture of the dress has been trending on the internet on the issue of its colours. The dress has divided into some section of people. One section of people swear they see it as blue and black, while others see white and gold. TV9 media tried to contact people around them to know the exact colour of the dress. They started it asking the same question to its staff members and asked the doctor and others from the Star Hospital.
