Jr NTR's Jai Lava Kusa pre release business Rs 85 Crore ?

Jr NTR is sitting pretty on hat-trick successful movies with Temper, Nannaku Prematho and Janatha Garage. Surprisingly, Jr NTR has chosen to act under Bobby direction in his next movie Jai Lava and Kusa under Kalyan Ram's NTR Arts banner, which will be finished by August. It is said that a big producer has approached Kalyan Ram, offering him 85 crores to own this movie, asking him even to take 5 crores more. But, Kalyan Ram is learnt to have not taken any decision yet.
