Trump effect: Techies, kin of NRIs throng Chilkur Balaji temple

With US President Donald Trump tightening rules for entry of immigrants especially techies from India into the US, more software engineers and students are visiting the Chilkur Balaji temple. They are offering prayers to presiding deity to change the mind of Trump so that he can issue more Visas to India. Parents and relatives of NRIs are also visiting the temple and seeking security and well-being of them as they are worried about recent attacks on Indians. A devotee said that the god alone can influence the Trump.
