The state government is likely to get 5000 Crore as these loans every year. Only 30% of that, which means 1500 Crore will go in to AP’s loan account which means the state will be saved from FRBM limit which ensures the state to get more loans.
Narendra Modi is likely to come to Vishakapatnam later this month month. An announcement regarding the same may be made during his visit. The state government is expecting some allocations to be made in the next Union Budget which will be tabled in February. But given the center’s reluctance towards AP till date, any thing may happen on this.
