The shifting of administration from Hyderabad to Amaravati is not happening at a pace which everyone will cherish. On one side, the reluctant employees are posing all kind of troubles to the state government and on the other side the huge expenses incurred for the shuttling of employees between Amaravati and Hyderabad are becoming roadblocks for the shifting.
Senior officials coming to Vijayawada are using costly flight tickets, 5 star accommodation and swanky rented cars which is resulting in huge bills for the state government. In the event of the bad finances of the state, Naidu had decided to stay in Hyderabad for 2 days a week and take up review meetings instead of officials coming to Vijayawada.
On the other side, Naidu also feels that his presence in Hyderabad ahead of Warangal and Narayankhed by-elections and GHMC elections is necessary for the party. Especially at the time, when Telangana TDP Senior leaders Errabelli and Revanth Reddy warring against each other.
