In the wake of speculations about Telangana Rashtra Samiti joining the NDA government at the center, Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao tried to give some clarity over that. He clarified that there are no planning of joining NDA but will continue to give issue based support as and when the need arises.
The Chief Minister toured Delhi last week and listed out several demands pertaining to the allocations in the Union Budget. The fate of these demands will become clear by virtue of their getting reflected or not in the Union railway and general budgets that will put up by the end of this month.
The Chief Minister and his party is foul-crying that the center is not helping the new state up to the expectations. In fact, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is yet to visit the newest state of the country after 2014 elections. That even became an election issue for TRS against BJP. Finally the PM’s visit may materialize next month.
