The spicejet flight from Bangalore to Chennai inflated the ticket prices to Rs.22,000 which is six times the normal cost. When enquired about the huge cost, passengers were told by spiceject officials that the scarcity of seats in the flight led to increase in costs.
After entering the flight, passengers were welcomed with almost empty seats. A traveler who was shocked to see the half filled flight in the mid air and shared those pics in Facebook. This draws ire of netizens. Below is the pic of empty flight.
