India's Last Medal Hope Loses in Rio

Yogeshwar Dutt, a bronze medalist in 2012 London Olympics, has depressed this time after losing his opening bout against Mongolian Wrestler Ganzorigiin Mandakhnaran in the Men's 65 kg freestyle wrestling at Rio Olympics 2016.

Dutt was India's last hope of medal at this Olympics and sadly, he has been completely outplayed by his opponent. Losing out his qualifier-round match with 0-3, the Haryana wrestler has left his fans in disappointment.

Though Dutt lost his qualifying match, he awaited the repechage result, where he would gain eligibility to play for bronze if Ganzorigiin reaches finals. But, he too lost his match to Soslan Ramonov of Russia, which ceases his desire at the Olympics.

With all major events coming to an end, India to settle down with two medals at Rio Olympics - bronze for Sakshi and Silver for Sindhu.
