Telangana IT and Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister KTR met Union Urban Development Minister M Venkaiah Naidu in New Delhi and urged for funds for the beautification of the Musi River and the infrastructure projects proposed by the Telangana government.
It was the first time that KTR met Naidu in New Delhi seeking funds for many pending projects. He explained to the Union Minister about the progress in the infrastructure projects and the necessity of centre's help to complete them in a time schedule.
KTR also requested for the release of Rs 70,000 crore from BRICS bank to construct sky ways, strategic road development project and other pending schemes in Hyderabad.
