Singapore companies have earlier put up a proposal for Amaravati construction which literally shocked the state government as the terms of the proposal are not at all in favour of the state. Terms like government not having right for selling the developed lands and not allowing companies in the radius of 25 Kms etc were rejected.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu flew to Singapore and held consultations with the Ministers and the other involved parties over this. They agreed to come up with another proposal in the next 15 days.
Probably the next proposal put forth will be their final proposal. If that is still disappointing, Andhra Pradesh government have to look beyond. Naidu is keen on working with Singapore knowing their discipline and aversion to corruption.
