Addressing the 3rd day training session being held in KLCE in Guntur on Thursday, TDP fund welfare coordinator and party General Secretary Nara Lokesh brushed off tiff with his father Chandrababu Naidu over ministerial berth.
On the occasion, Lokesh delivered a stern warning to leaders saying they will be neglected as well if they neglect party workers. He added that Party is closely monitoring the works done by each leader and periodical reviews have been reaching to Chandrababu's desk. 'Leaders will be decorated with key posts only based on their efforts for the growth and welfare of the party. Only one post will be allotted to one member,' Lokesh announced.
Through a detailed Powerpoint presentation, he also announced that Rs 2 lakh will be deposited in the accounts of each party worker who has worked since the inception of TDP, in 1983. And, the interest earned on the principal amount will be disbursed to cadre on a monthly basis. The beneficiaries for this scheme will be identified by MLAs of each constituency and after receiving the names from them, the details will be thoroughly verified before enrolling them to reap the benefits of the scheme.
