Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu convened yet another press meet on the violence that erupted in Tuni the other day. Chandrababu Naidu reiterated his earlier stand that the violence was sketched using rowdies brought from Pulivendhula.
He questioned how Sakshi deployed 6 OB vans at the meeting with out prior information. Leaving aside what really happened, it is true that Sakshi was able to cover the entire incident live where as other channels struggled to get minimum coverage of the unexpected event.
Naidu warned that the government will not spare any one who is trying to create law and order issues. Naidu also explained why police remained spectators for the violence. “I myself asked Police to show restraint as any action then should pan out in to a major caste rift and disturb the harmony in the state”.
