No Confidence Motion badly backfired on Jagan!

The No Confidence Motion moved by Opposition Party, YSR Congress finally got on to the neck of Leader of Opposition, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. Jagan made a series of corruption allegations and demanded CBI inquiry. CM Chandrababu Naidu asked him to produce at least a prima-facie evidence so that he can take the action on the concerned ministers.

Chandrababu also read out the judgments in various cases filed by his father YS Rajasekhar Reddy and his mother Vijayamma (most recent case) in which the courts struck out as they are filed out with out any evidences. Leader of Opposition said Chandrababu managed Judiciary and got out of the cases. The Speaker, the government and all the members of TDP and BJP found fault with Jagan maligning Judiciary. Speaker asked him to apologize unconditionally or face action. But still Jagan did not yield.

Finally, he even argued that any member in the house can talk about various judgements. At one stage, the house gave several chances to Jagan to apologize but he only insisted on continuing his speech on No Confidence. Finally, the house went on to take voting (Voice Vote) on No Confidence Motion with out Jagan concluding his speech and the motion as expected easily won by the ruling party. At one stage, it looked like a suspension is on cards for Jagan but some how the government did not go for it. YSR Congress did not even get the chance to corner the defected MLAs.
