After proved as a successful entrepreneur, Telugu Desam Party (TDP) General Secretary Nara Lokesh is keen to play a 'motivational speaker' role at least for his partymen.
In a meeting with his TDP Telangana unit leaders, he instructed his party men to come out with a new vigor for the revival of the party in the T state.
Lokesh, who was also the son of TDP President N Chandrababu Naidu, gave a patient hearing to the party leaders and their woes in strengthening the party.
They complained many leaders switched loyalties to ruling TRS in the recent months. The big challenge before the party is to create a new leadership from village to district level in the difficult times.
The leaders informed the TDP had every opportunity to fill the political space created in Telangana after the Congress lost its ground due to the spate of migrations.
The TDP leader assured all kinds of assistance to the party leaders who who strive for the strengthening of the part. He exuded confidence that the TDP would play the role of a responsible opposition and counter the TRS Government's anti-people policies soon.
